Self Growth Nidhi was established in the year 1992 , incorporated as Public Limited Company under the Companies Act 1956. The Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide its Notification no.37/30/94-CL-III dated 17th August 1994 has declared our Company as "Nidhi" under Sec 620A of the Companies Act 1956.
The main objective of the Company is to encourage the habit of cultivating thrift and to render all financial assistance to its members comprising of small traders, professionals and self employed persons.
